Here is my mini review and a frank and open discussion about non noble kavas. I want to say that after concerns raised by a senior member it's important to note that my experience with this type of kava is very limited however the two that I tried did not give me any negative effects so judge for yourself and please be very careful if you are going to try a non noble kava. Keep the dose very light until you get a feel for how it's going to affect you and remember that the effects will last longer, potentially well into the next day. Moderation is key. Also it is not recommended that you drink this type of kava on a regular basis.
