Attention All Runners: How does kava fit into your routine?

I run 15k to 20k a week (5Ks) and I would love to hear from other runners. When do you and when do you not shell? Any strains you avoid? Do you ever shell before a run? Are boro's and papa's therapeutic or problematic? Kava in your whey isolate? Please babble.

I don't run but I do other exercise stuff and the answer is: afterwards. It fits in afterwards.
For me, that is a given. You never know if someone breaks the mold though. I saw Gael Monfils walk onto the court at the Aussie with a 6-pack of Coke.
