This vendor was friendly and had amazing customer service. I was hesitant to buy because of the price including shipping being higher than many established and beloved vendors. I was able to get a coupon code to get a discount so I could give them a try. I ordered 1lb of Tongan OG. Shipping was very fast. They sent me more than what I paid for. I got a 3 oz bag of their regular Tongan added for free as well as a really nice strainer bag that had a plastic lip on it to keep the bag open. The nylon micron mesh on it was nice and fine. I’ll review the kava separately. I will say that a few changes could be made to the product model. The kava was shipped in a plastic tub with (10g?) scoop. I do wonder if this makes overhead and shipping more expensive. I would rather pay 5$ or so less and get the product in a bag and smaller shipping container. Some may disagree though. Overall this vendor is worth a shot and the product is quality Tongan kava.
