Best Bags for Straining?

I've been using a nylon bag to strain my kava but it wore out pretty quickly. I've got a second now. Is there any more durable material for this? Do nylon stockings work just as well? My problem is that the holes get too big and I end up with bigger pieces of root.

What you can do is get 4 nylon bags, put 1 in another and the same with the other 2. Then use one for kneading and squeezing and use the other ones for the last strain. That way the second pair dosent get stretched out and leak bigger roots into it.
