Best kava paste method of consumption?

Best way to have Polynesian Gold 70% CO2, IMO, is scoop out the desired quantity on the tip of a spoon and put it under your tongue and just wait for it to dissolve. Second best is just eat it. Third best is put it in a blender or smoothie maker with a little coconut milk and pineapple then chug or sip with ice. You could have it in a cracker with peanut butter and jelly. I haven't tried that but I'm sure it would be fine. I don't mind the taste at all. Some do.

I’d second Krunkie’s recommendation on under the tongue. You will only taste parts that start dissolving. Have some water on hand too. It’s hands down the best way IMO.
