Boroguru

One of the main reasons I like Kava is the anti-anxiety qualities, and it helps with insomnia.

Strange though - with Boroguru, I wake up throughout the night - anyone else have this situation with this strain of kava? I know all of us are wired differently, just curious if anyone else had this happen.

That's odd, because ever since I've switched from Stone to Boroguru/Borogu I've woken up through the night and started to wake up earlier. So yes, I've noticed this myself, although it could still not be related to the kava.

Nope, sleep dead as an extinct Dodo bird. I Wake up refreshed though.

Solomon kava gave me insomnia. Other than that, at my age I'd have to wake up and use the toilet anyway, so it's not a hassle.

Switched from stone as well. No problem sleeping at all. No next day issues either.
