So tried this a few times now and everytime it feels great, After reading lots and lots of reviews for kalms borongoru, I actually got a small bag of this fromKWK, so finally time to review it....
I started with 2 big TBSP's of root powder,placed in a new strainer bag I just got, these new strainers are like cloth, and they were only 3-4bucks for 5 of them on ebay
They work alot better then the strainers I got from N@H with my first order...
So I proceeded to kneed the little bag,wringing it out every min while also kneeding pretty hard...
In no time the water turned a darker.almost toffee/iced coffee color,
These new bags were good enough that after straining the final time
I almost get nothing left, when usealy I got a tsp..
By this I mean that after straining and emptying the bag, I use a clean strainer to catch what ever else is left...
The powder itself starts out from the bag, not as fine of powder as I useally see..but that kinda made it intersting lol
Taste, taste was actually not bad at all! This is one of the easiest drinking kavas for me, when ice cold it went down nice and smooth. No funny gaggy faces here, lol...
I do the final straining over ice, I only used 1 cup of water for 2 tbsp so for me being a kava lightweight, this is a good amount, but if I had a little more time on my hands I might have tried 3tbsp...
Effects,
Effects came on quickly, after the nice numbing of the tongue and mouth ect, felt more relaxed after 5 minutes.
By 10 minutes was smiling and laughing at the cleveland brown show lmao...
I drank the cup down in about 10mins. Without much effort...nice creamy and smooth!
The girlfriend said she needed to go to walamart and looked at me, at first I was going to say no because I worked all day and did not wana walk around walmart at 1am lol....
But I was feeling great, in a good mood..headaches gone,body is nice and relax, head is happy calm ,peacfull eurporic "heady" buzz...
The effects are so smooth that you dont get those pukey nausea feeling if you drink it to fast,
Its now 2:30am...started drinking kava at 11:10,
And I still feel great, just now getting tired...I imagine sleep will be great
All in all I love this stuff, the taste is awesome for kava...smoothest taste and most mello strains of kava I'v had thus far..
I love moi, nice and heady but for me, this stuff had a smoother,easier going heady-ness, everything just seemed joyus and wonderful!
