I have had some issues with BKH and their customer service to the point I believe that I may not be a customer anymore. In that event I wanted to review their PRODUCT as much as possible. I am emailing Judd directly to try and resolve the issue as these things can happen. I will post a full review later after talking with Judd.
So for the sake of keeping it positive to the community I will give my experienced reviews of Bula Kava House selection..
Nangol: The one they never sent is really one of my favorites since they brought it around. I would say of feeling happy and positive the next day after drinking kava nangol had the best residual effect. It comes on a bit strong after a few shells but not leaving you feeling groggy and out of it.
Borugu: I like this Kava for its effect on the mind, I like to do art and be creative when on this Kava. It is also a great social kava it us uplifting to the mind but not an effect like caffeine. Your mind feels clear yet your muscles can relax comfortably and I think if your throwing a party with friends this is a great kava to use. Taste is smooth as well which is a plus in the kava world.
Boroguru: I train Jujitsu 3 hours a day 5 days a week so my muscles get a bit sore by the end of the day.. I like to drink a couple shells of boroguru after training to relax and let my muscles ease up from guarding after rolling. It is my preferred muscle relaxer, happy and relaxed gets me back to it the next day. This is stronger in the heady effect so be prepared to feel groggy if you drink to much.
Melo Melo: I love melo melo but I feel like I am the only one who thinks its not really that melo.. I drink one or two shells and feel great but then later I am knocked out on Melo Melo. For me this is not the best tasting but I do like the euphoric feelings with this kava. I think for anxiety this is a great kava.
Waka: I use waka mostly to combine with other kavas. I like its taste as it is rather smooth but as a stand alone it is not my most preferred. I like to combine waka with boroguru, and borogu to bring about a more euphoric feeling to both of those. I think waka is the best tasting Kava they have but I grew up on Fijian Kava so maybe I am biased...
As for Koniak and Nambawan: I have only had them once so I cannot say with the greatest effect which one is better or give enough to review them. I do remember liking koniak but I have not had it as much as the others so I don't want to mislead...
