Canker Sores

As of late I have been having continuous canker sores, they seem to have started around the time I started drinking kava and Yerba but I have been unable to find any link with those two substances and canker sores, and I cannot come up with any reason that either would cause them. I have made a doctors appointment for next week to get some tests done to check for other possible causes but I wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this. They have been coming one after another. Usually in pairs. As soon as they heal it won't be but a couple of days before another one starts forming. It is driving me bonkers and has me severely distraught.

I usually get them every few months, and always more than 1 at a time. They sure are a pain. I've made no effort to see what causes them and certainly see no correlation between their timing and my kava/Yerba consumption. Hopefully you get to the bottom of yours, I feel your pain

I have noticed it before with Yerba kinda where the straw sits in my mouth and I burn it a little when I sip... That mouth trauma develop s into a canker sore.

With kava, I notice when I have a fever-blister [yes the herp] it takes longer to heal if I'm drinking kava daily. It dries my lips and skin out, especially in the winter.
