can't upload an avatar

I just can't seem to find where to do it.  This isn't set up like other forums I'm on.  Sorry for the annoying topic it's just bewildering to me.

Up at the top left of the website, where it "yuku welcome "your user name here" ---> click on your username, which will take you to your yuku profile. Where your profile image would be, hover your mouse over that, and you should see an "edit" link appear. Clicking "edit" will take you to a page that will give you the option to upload an avatar
