maybe @Kapmcrunk could check and make sure youre permitted to run the app. I have higher access so maybe its running fine for me and not you
Works for incognito mode on chrome with no login, so it must be something local with the user.

its starting to come back to me from previous member issues.... They found a way to refresh the forums pages was to temporarily change the forum style. Also if your using chrome do like kapm did and try opening the page in incognito mode. when you start ingonito mode the cache is empty
