What is it worth? Is this noble kava one can drink?

I assume they made this to get past Customs in countries that ban the sale of kava for human consumption. Pacific Santo seem to be a good outfit selling good noble kava.

so this is not a certificate from an independently test lab but from the supplier himself?

Yes, just a certificate made by the supplier and sent along with the shipment to try and convince Customs that the product isn't for human consumption.

This has been requested by the client and we complied to the request. If our client use it for cosmetic, this is gladly welcome if they have ideas on it. We were thinking it was for the borders on our side but since other clients in the same country have not asked such certificate but received the kava... we do not really know anymore what it was for ahah
