We're now using arrowchat. It's a little bar in the lower right that you can click on to do a realtime chat with other users.
Reviews are fixed. If you are still not seeing all the review details and submit review button, hit CTRL-F5 (or hold down the refresh button if on mobile); if that doesn't work, clear your browser cache.
Other known issues: Signatures in PMs are broken.
Buying from store is broken
Review filter is deprecated and should not be used.
