Codex Alimentarius Commission E (on kava safety)

Please find the kava safety codex attached. As there has been much debate recently over "noble" and it was suggested that no criteria exist for "noble" kavas outside of Vanuatu, I would present to you section 2 on p3, where it lists known, safe kava varieties. I understand all of these will tincture yellow in an organic solvent, and despite not coming from Vanna, could easily be referred to as "noble" kava given lactone content, etc.

There is a bunch of other good information in the things, so hopefully, it will be of use and enjoyment to many on this board. Additionally, I will do my best to get more videos up as soon as I am able - whether they be Dr. Lebot, or whether they be cultural experiences from the outer islands.

Thanks, excellent read. It looks like a lot of the thoughts and ideas brought up on the board today are already well underway with the FAO, WHO, Pacific nations and their main shipping partners (au, nz, ca, us) all working together on this. Things are lookin good
