Combinations

Hello all!
I was wondering if anyone has tried any kava strain combos. I just ordered a half pound each of wow and solomon and was thinking about mixing both either in the prep or alternating shells. Anyone else have experience with this?

I liked Solomon with Moi, Solomon with Tongan Pride. I've tried Solomon with Stone, it was ok, not the blockbuster I thought it would be. If I'm not into making two separate batches, I just combine them, same effect. Do it both ways on different nights, let us know your opinion.

I tried SI and wow, it was alright, not as intense as I hoped. It's more of a physiological effect rather then the cerebral effect normally felt with SI. I think next time I combine I will make maybe a cup, or two shells worth, of wow and the rest SI so I can drink those two shells later on in the session.

I tried Mixing SI with Kona Kava's powder today, and wasn't very happy with the results. Last time I tried SI i liked it but made me a little too excitable. So i thought that the complete mildness of Kona Kava's powder would kind of bring that down.



To my surprise I really felt none of the effects that i felt from SI the other night when I tried it by itself, but it only seemed to amplify Kona Kava's powder. (which by the way I was never really impressed with, so i guess it was good that i could amplify that.) I def felt relaxed and stress free, but really no euphoria at all, and I was actually YAWNING in the grocery store. I don't think SI makes ppl yawn..



So I wonder how mixing the two at a 50/50 ratio completely killed the effects of SI for me? If i try it again, i'd do a 2:1 ratio.



Maybe Kona kava powder just isn't good to mix with?
