Communication with Gourmet Hawaiian Kava

Hi everyone. It has been a couple years since I've had any kava. I decided to order some from GHK. I emailed him
several times using the website message feature and sent email using an old email address. I never got a reply.
I went ahead and ordered some micronized several days ago. I didn't get an email from GHK, just from paypal, including an email saying
that my item was shipped. I got that email on the 23rd. But when I check the tracking, the USPS site says they're still waiting
for the package, meaning it hasn't shipped yet. The paypal email for GHK doesn't seem to work either.
So I'm wondering has anyone else had any difficulties getting answers to emails or with shipping? I remember he used to
ship right away and answer emails promptly. Thanks

Standard turnaround from order to door is usually 7-10 days with GHK.

Yes, that's the standard turnaround I remember. Its been 4 days and it hasn't gotten to the post office yet, thus my concern.

Yes I remember them being very prompt. But it doesn't seem to be on its way. Post office hasn't received it after 4 days and no answer to emails.

As far as answering messages, his site is closed till monday and i assume he's taking a vacation so should respond tomorrow. He responds more to private messages here than he does to email. Hope this helps. Ghk will never do you wrong despite the occasional slow to receive order. Sometimes the PO is just messing up too be sure I've had preshipment for 5 days before and then 2 days later it's arrived.
Edit: i have an order from Tuesday or wednesday that is still in preshipment too. Hopefully it is on its way tomorrow for both of us.
