Curious... How do you drink your Kava?

I have one cup right before dinner on weeknights, skipping Thursdays. My usual dosage is 3 Tb per cup. On Sundays I drink from around noon-three then pass out. I usually drink isa on Sundays to really relax me for the next morning.
About how many shells do you think you have between noon to 3 on Sundays?
