Dependency on kava?

Hello. I’m wondering and scared that my body could be physically dependent on kava. I feel weird itchy sensations and restless plus end up with very sensitive nerves Lately I drink kava more often to quiet these symptoms. I sometimes take klonopin to help. However I’m worried about cross interactions. Can kava create physical dependency?
