What can i do! I havent had kava in 5 days and then last night i did and i woke up with my whole body itching. I love kava but not enough if this keeps going on. What can i do to stop this?

When I get the itches I take a benadryl. Usually stops the itching entirely.

Don't use micro hahah. I haven't had any issues like that yet and I've been consuming traditional kava for a good month and half 2 months straight now

Its weird from traditional i never got the itches and since ive been trying micro it sucks. I much more enjoy the taste of micro though... can micro be strained to avoid this?

I don't know honestly. Haven't even bothered with micro because of all that jazz, I would say screw it and get some traditional again. Lmao. I take benadryl frequently for sleep at least I usto. Nothing to bad about it other than gradually decreased memory hahaha

I don't think BKH removes makas.... GHK and Kava Kava R us are the only two I'm aware of that do... Stop the BKH and KWK for a while and try the other two
