Ending the Temperature Confusion - Kava Sous Vide

hi all, been seeing conflicting info on what the IDEAL TEMPERATURE is for MAXIMUM KAVALACTONE EXTRACTION, i.e. what is the truth? Less than 140? Boiling Temp? (yes I read a very interesting thread on this forum saying to boil it!) .... my method is in the morning I fill about 30-45g Kava powder in the bag and then in a half gallon mason jar filled with water, place that jar in the sous vide bucket also filled with water and have been setting the temp to 117.5 ... so it "cooks" at that exact temp all day, then in the late afternoon when it's time to drink, I take it out, massage the bag for a minute or two and pour a glass and then keep the remainder "cooking" ... works great for me! But I always wonder what the PERFECT temperature to set it would be?

Oh wow. I've been using sous vide for years but have never thought of using it with kava. Do you think it's stronger at all, or is it just how you prep these days?
