This is our favorite night-time kava, with a perfect balance of heavy and heady effects. Coming from the kava capital of the world, Vanuatu, this is a really heavy hitter that'll be sure to please. is this one likely to keep you up at night? I've noticed the primarily heady kavas can keep me up at night, but not sure about the kavas that are more balanced.

Eva is great. But it does seem to me to be more on the heady side. And it is very potent.

Anything super heady is gonna keep ya up if your prone to that sort of thing ... heavy kavas are the way to go or balanced like Eva here

I found this one to be very heavy, I even feel slightly hungover today, just really tired and slightly lethargic but that could be not getting enough sleep. I had a couple cups of KWK borogu/vula Waka mix in a 3 to 1 ratio earlier in the evening which probably added to the heaviness. Borogu makes me sleepy as it wears off and vula Waka is pretty heavy as well. I will write better reviews for all later. I'm looking forward to trying some Loa Lawena later this afternoon.
