Being fairly new to kava, I have a couple questions to pick everyone's brain about.
This one being about exercise.
I'm an aspiring cyclist, and try to do a hundred or so miles a week.
Has anyone noticed a huge difference in their abilities to exercise using kava on a regular basis?
