At Fiji Fresh, our mission is to bring the freshest Fijian kava to the mainland US.
We purchase whole noble kava roots from Fiji and process them in California to be sure there are no additives or tampering. Roots are processed on demand, in small batches, and immediately sealed into packages to maximize flavor quality and minimize changes to the inherent kavalactone balance of the whole root.
Our store now supplies whole, dried kava pieces, and on demand, freshly pounded kava. We aspire to sell flash frozen, undried kava in 2019.
