I've learned in life sometimes it really is best to go with majority..and I am seeing a ton of love for GHK on this forum!

Anyway the purpose of this thread is to just ask some questions of all the super knowledgeable GHK vets on here.
What is the shipping time like? If I placed an order would it be make it here by the weekend? (I live in Pennsylvania)

I have been hoping to use kava as an alcohol replacement when I go out to the bars and party with my college friends on weekends. The plan was to order a sample pack of GHK's instant kava. I am looking for kava that keeps me sharp, energetic, and makes dancing more enjoyable. Has anyone used kava successfully in this manner (bars in my town are not so different from frat parties..alot of ppl, high energy).

I heard alot of buzz for the Kamakua variety for this...unfortunately it doesn't seem to be available anymore. I would have loved to have it in the instant sample pack. Mostly because I do not think Nene would suit my needs all that well.

Look forward to hearing what y'all have to say!

I live on the west coast, my orders usually take 4 days to arrive. Some people report that certain kava strains give them a little boost to clean or dance, but I personally find that every kava is better suited to relaxing in a darkened environment with chill music on. When I'm stuck somewhere bright and loud, I usually end up sitting outside with headphones on.

The strains that I've found to be mentally energetic and social were Moi , honakane iki , Hinehina and Nambawan ( at times).
Have heard good things about boronguru and hanakapi'ai in regards to having similar characteristics.

Kava that makes me want to dance?
Maybe in the bedroom .... :hungry:

I can't imagine doing the club scene on kava. I find loud people, harsh lights and sounds to be terribly annoying when on kava, not to mention a buzzkill.

No matter what anyone tells you about a strain, kava is one of those things that you have to experience in order to understand your compatibility with that particular strain.

In essence, it's a journey .
