First Time on Kava - Mixed Feelings

Hey guys. I'm new to this forum and Kava itself. Just drank my first batch of STONE kava, and just want to share my thoughts on it with you.
After first glass, I was like: this might be placebo that I'm feeling. So i drank a cup more 20 minutes after.
After second glass I felt a bit more, but not to much, so I drank one more. Also 20-30 minutes after.
After the 3rd glass I'm in my present condition. On the upside, I can DEFINATELY feel the Kava. I don't really know how I like it this far. I feel a bit dizzy, a bit tired, a bit relaxed, but also a bit uncomfortable with a ulming beating heart, and slight anxiety. 
You think I drank to quick? Or do you think Stone is not the best grain for me? 
It needs to be told, that I was in a bad mood before I drank it. But I thought that kava was for that. 
Anyways, it got a bit messed, just wanted to share my thoughts. I still have faith in Kava, since i first doubted if it would work at all. At the bottom line, I can say that it definately does!

Stone is one of the most potent varieties that I have come accross thus far and while I have always liked it, I can see how may be overwhelming for a newbie. How much kava did you use to make your batch and what preperation method did you use? If you overshot a correct kavalactone level in your bloodstream and it spiked too fats then some of the more powerful double bonded kavalactones like DHM may have led to this type of reaction. Typically kava has very little effect the first time you drink it and it takes a while to reach a point where it begins to work and then smaller amounts, the famous "reverse tolerance". Personally I consider kava to be a great anxiolytic but I can see causing anxiety if too much is consumed and the mind is unacustomed to it's effects. I probably would have recommended white sand from N@H as a first kava or borogu from BKH and fiji waka from KBR, basically stone is not only very stong it also has high levels of DHM and that can definatly be overpowering for someone unacustomed.

I know, that's actually why I ordered it. As told I had my doubts about if it would work, so i decided to start with something strong. 
I used 3 table spoons, and I kneated it through a nylon sock. It was blended with approx. 250 ml of water and 250 ml of milk. 
I was also aware of the reverse tolerance, but I can say for sure that it does not count for me. 
I just puked, and feel a lot better now.
So at the bottomline your recommendation would be to drink less next time?
Also can I ask, DHM is affecting the body more or the mind more?

DHM tends to be pretty heavy in the body and can last around 6-8 hours or much longer as with the tudei strains. I would possibly halve your current dosage and try spacing out the drinking to around 4-6 ounces every 20 minutes so the kavalactones don't spike too quickly in the bloodstream. I've never puked off kava but I started with crappy kona kava and stone was the third batch I got and had been drinking it regularly for a month by then. I personally prefer strains with high DHM but many find them not to be agreeable. I'd reccomend trying something with high kavain as that is more mind and kicks in quickly and doesn't last incredibly long. Try melo melo or fu'u from bula kava house, those have high amounts of kavain and low DHM. It takes a little while for your body to adjust to kava and also to find a strain or kavalactone profile that is agreeable with you.
