Well I tried the "NOW" brand dietary suppliment pills for 3 days and felt very little...today I received my order from N@H. I got 2 fire island and 2 shaman instant mixes. Tonight I tried two packets, "2 servings each", fire island spaced apart by almost 30 minutes. I only ordered instant to try it out. It's a great feeling. Much more heady then i expected from reading other peoples expieriences. I am extremely relxed and cannot wait to try the real powdered stuff. I needed both packet to get where I wanted to be. So based on what I've said what do you think would be a good root powder to get. Another question... How many servings do you estimate are in a 1/4 kilo? Oh yeah and by the way...your forum is very helpful thanx for all the great info.
