Kava Curious
So thanks to all you fine people, found a really good method for making kava tonight. Basically just have stove on a setting where it can sit at 130ish degrees for a while, and then strain really well. Works amazingly. One question I have is, if the kava is well-made, is there really a big issue with food absorption? What differences do people notice in kava effects when they've had food before or during kava? When it's made well, it seems to be already absorbing in my mouth and throat, so I'm wondering if this would negate the issues with absorption from food.
