Fu'u Kava

So I recently broke through with kava after going through a bag of Stone Kava from N @ H (which never did much for me) and Kava by Rex's Tongan Pride (didn't do anything at first, but had a beautiful experience the other night). 
My question is: what is the most euphoric variety? From what I've gathered, it's fu'u? the thing I love about Rex's Tongan is that it doesn't really make me tired and is more of a mental effect. What are some of the attributes of fu'u? More body load or mind? 
Also, who has the best fu'u?

Our Fu'u at Bula Kava House is really good, very euphoric. It is grown in a small, organic, family owned farm on the island of 'Eua for at least four years before processing. People around here love it, I've only heard great things. I love it myself too.

I also don't know how many people actually provide "true" Fu'u. Just because it's from Tonga and light in color doesn't mean it's the real deal.

I finally get Fu'u! So far all I have tried are Fu'u and Boroguru. I used to not really feel the effects from the Fu'u but last time i just straight up mixed the root with the water. Half cup to 3 cups water and POW! I didnt think kava could have such a strong effect. I have terrible social anxiety and the Fu'u made it so I could go out and do what i needed in public with a smile on my face. Thanks BKH for this God send.

I have pretty bad social anxiety too, I'm delighted that you found something that works for you (smiley: smile) It would be great if prescription anxiety medicines are based on some kind of kava extraction, seems like a much better solution to treating the problem with addictive and harmful medicines like benzos.

I would like to think that too, but the medical industry seems to be mostly concerned if something is patentable and profitable, not if it actually works - good article in the Guardian here on just how bad it has become:

Of course if I could have found a medical solution to my anxiety then I wouldn't have discovered kava, the Kava Lounge and kava culture (win-win-win for me). (smiley: happy)

That's pretty shocking stuff but I'm not too surprised. It's a shame that people are willing to put blind faith in these gangsters, while at the same time are dubious of using something like kava. Of course if kava were something that was making big bucks for the pharm companies it would never have been banned at all.
