The idea of targeting specific sub-units of GABA-A receptors is quite cool indeed. Clean potent anxiolytics without much tolerance creation would be quite useful for humanity. I'm feeling we should listen to where kavalactones bring us in the GABA-A receptor to have some hints about where to target the receptor with molecules. Thanks for sharing this :)
