I will chime in, though I never have full-blown, dedicated 'awa 'sessions'. I instead consume a small amount of traditionally prepped (15 g/cup) 'awa, usually 60 ml of Moi, at any moment of the day which calls for it. That said, my experience of Nene and Hiwa is having enjoyed 1/2 lb. of each. I was expecting Hiwa to be heavier than Nene but, to my surprise, I found it perfectly balanced. And, though I wasn't looking for that effect, Hiwa revealed itself outstanding at gently disolving emotional/psychological knots and letting deeply buried feelings and images surface. The latter ability characterizes, to variying degrees, the seven or eight 'awas that I have tried but Hiwa was truely astonishing in that regard...
