GKE Reviews update

Hi guys,

The GKE review folder has been updated to the latest format by @HeadHodge,

@BurningFish, @yiki, @keeron, @Kavasseur, you can update your reviews to add shells, if you like.

I'm not sure how they feel about public reviews at the moment although @Global Kava Exports will confirm. My pet has been very relaxed recently which is nice and I'd like to keep him that way.

I understand, if you notice only their current available kava is editable, the others I only updated the prefix.

Unfortunately I don't think they have much kava available at the moment :-( . I'm sure it's a temporary issue though, I know they are working as hard as they can to resolve it and get back to a normal service
