green: two thumbs up

5 shells of green tonight (so far).  it's great.  I like to save instant for when I'm REALLY too busy to make kava the traditional way or when I will be in a hotel or B&B, etc as instant is expensive and usually the traditional method is better IMO.
BUT... tonight I am sipping BKH green instant and feeling fine.
If you are looking for a reliable instant kava, I have nothing to say but positive things about green.  Good stuff.

I might be buying some of this soon. How much green instant are you using per cup of water? How many cups would you expect to make from a 50g tin?

I use 1 tsp of instant kava with 4 oz of water.
No idea how many shells per tin, sorry.

Depending on desired potency, you'll get 10-15 servings from a 50 gram tin.
