Headache rawr

Anybody ever just get a bad headache after kava for no apparent reason? Lol
I got one last night and it went away eventually and I woke up fine today and then after having a couple shells of kava it seems to have come back ?

I get a headache just talking about kava.

Seriously though, the usual problem is that you're really dehydrated. Not saying that's true for you, but it's fairly typical.

Lol yeah water is helping alot. And I do think the weather is playing a role. Cause I feel overall just kinda shitty. But the kava is a clear kick in for the headache and feeling. I need to find a huge supply of coocnut water for cheap hahah. Nothing hydrates like coconut water

I do with headier strains. But if I drink enough water it goes away. It feels like my skull is vibrating. Amazon has some pretty good deals on cases of coconut water. I'm thinking of investing in some myself.

-Lack of food longer than 8 or so hours makes me have headaches, especially if I drink kava.
-Dehydration.
-And steady kava for several days makes me feel like I've pee'd out all available vitamins and minerals and am more prone to getting dehydrated/headaches.
