heartburn

Anyone else get heartburn from kava? And anyone have any ideas for preventing it?

Usually the numbing action that kava provides will cure my heartburn. It could be the amount of liquid you're ingesting at once that's causing yours, but I can't say I've suffered the same problem as you have.

Maybe try taking some pepcid or zantac a few hours prior to consumption.
