Hello everyone! I'm new here by recommendation of Roaddog. I'm excited to be able to join you all instead of just lurking the information here lol (thank you everyone for all your knowledge by the way! :D) I've received my first shipment of kava a few days ago, and I'm happy to report that its working wonders for my panic disorder and insomnia. I've only taken it at night so far, but I would like to have some daytime kava very soon.
My apologies if this is not where introduction threads reside. Please feel free to move it to its appropriate home!

Well @Starseed , allow me to be the first to wellcome.jpg You to the Kava Forum. Yes your in the right place, if not you will get moved, which you will not, because you are in the right place. I believe if I remember correctly I pointed you this direction, form a recovery forum. This Forum, and Kava in general, have helped me so much with my own recovery from drugs. You will soon find that , this is the very reason, a lot of us are members. We are sick of using harmful drugs, to control our lives. Where kava helps better your life. Hi~! *waves* I'm new too. Going to have my first proper cup tonight. Letting it steep ha. I have anxiety issues too and have recently quit drinking alcohol. I still want SOMETHING relaxing ha. I just don't want to be able to over do it.
