Can you guys tell me where to find how to use instant, micronized and how to strain kava basically I'm a virgin so please show me the way.

Mikev, here are some recipes. I use about 2 tablespoons of either, with 8 oz of Ginger Ale, Lime and Ice. But I like to sip my Kava. I put the kava in a glass with about 3 oz of ginger ale and I stir vigorously. Then I add Ice, Lime, and fill with Fresh Carbonated Ginger Ale. When doing kava drinks, always keep the spoon in the glass so you can stir periodically. A shell would be 4 oz of water with one Tablespoon of either. Gulp down in 1 or 2 swallows. Do this every 20 minutes until you feel good. Yesterday I was feeling pretty sedated after 2 Tablespoons. I wanted more but that is irresponsible kava drinking so I stopped at that point. Honestly, anymore would have been a waste.
