So yesterday I tried out Honokane Iki. Definatly a pleasent one. Thanks guys for sugesting I try it. I think that's what I might have been looking for as a just a plane fun kind.

Question: Anyone else have it make your arms and legs feel light? and pretty thirsty? I don't know if that's simply it helping some neck/nerve weirdness I've been trying to manage for a while. Or a might that be a caution sine to slow down: Use 8-10 ounce cup with about 1/2 tbs each so I may simply want to try less)

On the: huh that''s pleasently unexpected: it also gave me a case of the giggles. Wich perplexed the SO. She's feeling pretty sick and depressed. When I tried calling her to check in when ever she hickeduped or caugh I had fit of the gigles. That did seem to help her blues. But I can also see how that could unintionally be taken wrong.

yeah, I get the lightness of limbs. It's nice

Your dosage is on the light side already, I don't think that's likely to be "too much" but all people vary, so it could be
Ah ok. lol I like the nice body, feels like a festive awsome day side. On the other hand when my arms and legs felt light wich they didn't yesterday. I thought: huh is that normal? it is pleasent in a weird way your right. But if was warning sign: like, oh need water or slow down or something. Thanks. ^_^

I definitely get a light almost tingly feeling in my body. I love honokane iki for de-stressing.

I think the body sensation with honokane iki is pretty unique to that strain, or I at least haven't had other kavas cause that effect. Its weird because I get a similar, very deep relaxing effect with most heavy kavas, but while the feeling is kinda similar with honokane iki, the iki makes me feel lighter on my feet instead of feeling like I need to melt into my bed.

So IME, the relaxing effect is similar to heavy kavas, but it's also very different in that it doesn't feel "heavy". It makes it a very versatile strain. I'm curious to know if others have had similar experiences with different strains

I'm not experienced at all, still a newbie, but the dua na bilo lawena and mood & mind give me nice body tingles. Could be just me though. :)
