How long to take until shipped?

I ordered on Friday afternoon. The order went through I got a receipt. It’s Wednesday afternoon. No email or tracking or any indication of shipment. I sent email no reply.

what company was this? I find most companies are relatively on top of it so this seems like a really long time...

It is Kavatime. I checked back today and had to open the check your order in my receipt email. That had a tracking number. I was looking for an email follow-up with tracking number.
