How much instant Hiwa t take for one shell

I am getting some GHK instant Hiwa today in the mail.
I am just curious if anyone else has had the instant form of Hiwa and how much to use for a good strong shell.

A tablespoon is normally where you'd start and go from there. GHK instant kavas are divine, but they disappear quickly.

Yes i heard.
I ordered another 100 gram package of the Hiwa so I will have another before it sells out.
Hiwa is my favorite as far as effects but it comes with a lot of nausea and even vomiting if I take too much too quickly
The effects are devine though.
