how often do you drink kava?

As a new drinker I am loving kava. I drink a lot of yerba mate and found the daily habit very affordable. As for kava, if I drank it everyday I would go broke so quick. That leads me to ask, how often do you all enjoy a few shells?

Every damn day. 2-5 heaping tablespoons with 2-3 cups of water.

Well for me, I do small amounts of kava throughout the week, some days even skipping kava, and then I do it a little heavier during the weekend. It's been affordable for me as long as I've been doing it this way. Thank goodness too because I love the stuff!

About 50-75 grams per day on the weekends and 25-50 grams per day on weekdays.
