Anyone been able to contact GHK directly? I tried contacting them when the wrong product was shipped, and no response. I just received another order that the bag wasn't sealed properly, so when I opened the package, the room was covered in Kava powder. Is there another email other than their msn one?

I have emailed Chris at the msn address for koawoodhawaii, and he's been very responsive.

Every once in a while one of those zip lock bags won't close correctly. So I'm always careful with them and I have plenty of paper clips to remedy the situation should it occur. Just PM Chris here at the forum. He may be preoccupied with the kava conference so perhaps you caught him at a bad time.

I never got one, but then my very first order was stolen in the mail.

It was just before xmas. I'm guessing someone saw the package delivered and nabbed it. Or maybe it happened in transit. But the package was ripped open and dead empty. (Chris was kind enough to replace it.)

Wow, that's terrible. A person who steals kava is not worthy of drinking it.

He emailed back on my alternate email so guessing it msn blocked my primary email so he's aware now for the packaging defect. Leak in this bag was weird, was at the bottom side in the seam, like an air pocket through the side.
I'd started scraping up the kava off the floor... when I looked at the mix of kava and dog hair... ugh, nope. such a shame to dump it all, expensive stuff.
