Don't worry about it, I still have a hard time saying Humuhumunukunukuapua 3 times fast. That by the way is the name of our state fish.I failed my language course in Hawaiian as a freshman. I guess it shows.![]()
I know the question was asked and it was, what 3 different Hawaiian varieties I use in this blend. Well @Deleted User01 said it kind of tasted like Hanakapi Ai. I have to say that it has Hanakapi Ai, Mahakea and Hiwa. This is a great combination that took me over 3 months of trying different ratios and sending samples to people to try this is what I came up with and people love it. I personally tried each test sample, I know, I know, it's a hard job, but that's part of my job description, someone has to do it, thanks also to all those who sampled this kava for me and sent me there feedback.
Enjoy.
Aloha nui loa.
Yeah I am gonna have to order some of this, because that sounds like some Medusa kava.
Chris
@Travis for you I will make a small amount of medium grind Ikaika kava, it won't be ready for about a week or so but I will let you know when it is done. Thanks for your interest. Are there any others that might like this in a medium grind? Aloha. So will you make some of this blend in medium grind available next week?
1 tbsp is about 5 grams. I feel the kava but it's not knocking me out, i'm just chill.11 grams? About 1 tbsp? Yea, I think I need to go lower than 2tbsp. Even in 8ozs water! Must be the hanakapa’ai - that’s the only kava that has ever seriously verged on knocking me out!
