Instant kava from GHK, help plz

So I decided I wamma get some instant kaga from ghk, im ready to order tonight

Its basically my first time having kava (only had an instant kava 1 cup sample from a k---- vendor b4)

Should I get all 3 kinds? Is one of them significantly better then the others? Judt looking for some guidance, i guess its a dumb question but wanted to ask it anyway

Can anyone review all 3 of them? I guess thatd be a better question

Hmm.. decisions decisions... I may get only 2 of the 3 and leave out the one that members have been saying is very short lived... does that sound like a good plan?

Id honestly like to try the micronized since I hear its stronger... but im concerned aboht my crohns disease, and therefore feel like instant may be the way to go... but yea man, let me know what you can offer in terms of a sample pack, id be interested In all 3 instants. .. and whatever the most popular micronized is, id like one thats relaxing of that I think, though will trust your judgement on which I should try so thats not mandatory, I guess I may as well see how my stomach handles the micronized though, just wasnt trying to spend $100 on some stuff that I have no idea how ill like

This stuff is fantastic... I only broke open the instant mahakea so far, and probly overdid it a little, since I did like 4-6 tablespoons total lol, but this stuff is fantastic quality I can tell[emoji106]

I still want to try the rest out, but I can already tell ill be placing an order very soon. Thank you soooo much Ghk!!!!!

After browing around though I think I see where I went wrong

I just did a shake and chug, could have probably gone withour the nausea if I sipped it

But man, im impressed with the effects, despite having absolutely no reverse tolerance built up, they were very much present
