Kava Curious
Okay, so I thought Mahakea was pretty weak, I was doing micronized until I read the reviews posted here and was shocked by how much people were taking. So I tried to do 2 tbs per session, sessions about 25 min apart. That was hard, I could only do so many sessions at 2 tbs each.
So my question is, even thought instant is more expensive and I know much longer to prepare, if there is some concept that 2 tbs or Micro is roughly equal to 1 tbs of instant, then I can get enough down via instant. I bought both last time, and compared them, and the gi/throwup tolerance is the same for me, in other words if I drink 2 tbs of either it counts as 2 tbs towards me not being able to have any more that day. Note this was only true with the new micronized, the old definitely counted as more than instant. But the new micro is much easier to drink.
Anyway, I know it is hard to say, but if some of the very experienced guys or Chris can guide me that at a super high level, in general, caveats all over the place they are tbs to tbs 2 to 1 or 3 to 1 - or 1 to 1, whatever it really is, that will help me figure out how to use it correctly.
