Is it just me or has Kava sold out a little faster at the start of 2011?

I'm not sure, too bad some of the vendors don't post here.

Anyway. I'm bummed on trying new kavas that provide marginal satisfaction.

Sort of like wine, find a good varietal from a certain winery and the next thing you know they sold out. Wait for the next harvest and hope its as good as the last vintage. (I'm not a wine drinker but I am forced to endure painful discussions about it in my line of work.)

I have found some good fijian kava at a local oriental food market that I think compares with the Van3. Not quite as "creamy" but it's still a good kava. Cost was $22.50 a pound. No doubt kava is becoming more popular.

Lets hope not too popular. I can see the "sin" tax, feel-good laws, regulations and further misinformation from the media being thought up already... *shutters*

Hopefully that's just me being paranoid.
