Man o Man am I ever ready to get into some kava today. I have been up tight and not all right. I may even take cue from the early birds and knock one down this morning.

I will drink to this Friday for sure. I think I am going to try some of every kava I have and then I will mix them all together and try that , then I will bust out some of the fresh frozen root I like to keep on hand and drink that , then I will be in my happy place.

I finally ordered some GHK Kumakua, looking forward to trying that, I should get that sometime next week, with any luck by Wednesday, hump day and a great krunking day
