just ordered some fire island

should be receiving my fire island in a couple of days. would really like to hear from anyone that has used this brand. how much did you use the first time? table spoons? tea spoons? water or water and juice or coconut water?  what was your experience ?  i' would really like to get as much info and advice before i start my first session.

When I have N@H instant I normally use a whole 10 gram packet of instant. I think that's about equal to 2 tsp. The package recommends one though. Try 1 tsp and see how you feel.

I forgot to add...

I used it in both water and apple juice. It's very taste in apple juice. I recommend Martinelli's.

I mixed some instant with root beer once. Figured that adding more "root" to the root beer could only be a good thing. The problem was mixing it without making the soda explode. Wish I would have remembered that before I unscrewed the cap to take a drink.
