What's your guys preference on the concentrate and relaxation drink? Which has better effects per serving? What are the effects of each and what's the best bang for your buck? I'm new to Kava btw

The concentrate takes less storage space and you get to make the drink as strong or weak as you would like.

The concentrate is the formula to the relaxation drink I believe.
