Kava 12-14 hours after ambien?

I'm reading that Ambiens half life is 2 hours. I usually play it more cautious but tonight I need kava, and was curious on your thoughts. Has anybody used ambien and kava in a relative time frame? I'm wondering if Ambien really would be clear from ones system so quickly. Thanks.

Ambien in and of itself is an issue. That being said, I take a low dose ambien generic sublingual just before I go to bed. The full pill ends up causing odd Amazon orders to show up at random times... But to your question, I have taken both on occasions together for a few years (low dose generics) without any issues. That's just me though, ambien is crazy and each person can and will react differently.
