Kava advice

Hello all. New to Kava. I bought some Fiji Loa Waka micronized and it seems to give me more anxiety and lack of sleep. Even feel a little depressed the next day. Is this normal? Should I try a different strain? Thanks for any help. I was thinking the Boronguru strain???

I find I have a similar reaction to heady kavas. Try something more heavy. Boronguru would be ok but I think Vula Waka would be better, of the KWK kavas. There are a lot of other good vendors to try of course. Hiwa from GHK is a favourite heavy of mine, Stone from N@H, Supreme from Kavafied, plenty of others to try.
